Dear Michael and Teri, Here I am again asking prayers. A dear friend asked for prayers for her husband, Harris, He has been dealing with kidney/bladder cancer for the past ten months. He has had a kidney removed and three surgeries for tumors. His latest tests show five more tumors in his bladder and he will be having surgery very soon along with whatever chemo and radiation is suggested. I told Debbi our prayer community would keep her and Harris in our prayers through this very difficult time. Thanks to all who share this ministry with them. Teresa
Prayer Before Surgery
Loving Father, we entrust Harris to Your care; guide with wisdom and skill the minds and hands of the medical people who minister in Your Name, and grant that every cause of illness be removed, he may be restored to soundness of health and live in perfect harmony with You and with those around him. Through Jesus Christ. Amen.

Lord, look upon Harris with eyes of mercy, may Your healing hand rest upon him, may Your life giving powers flow into every cell of his body and into the depths of his soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring him to wholeness and strength for service in Your Kingdom. Amen.
