Prayer Requests from Margie for Cleo Pierre, Catherine Nero and Bill James, Rest In Peace

This is from Margie Nickleberry. Thank you so much for your prayers for the repose of the soul of Cleo, Catherine and Bill, and may God bless you and your family.  Cleo Pierre was my RCIA teacher, and she taught me (and everyone else) everything about being Catholic. I will always love her and know she is in the loving arms of Jesus. Thank you again, in Christ, Teri & Michael (see below)

Dear Teri and Michael,
I as always pray that you having a God blessed and spirit filled day.

I have several request for prayers today.
On Monday I received an email from my childhood friend Elaine that her husband of over 55 years had made his transition.  Wednesday I received an email from our parishioner Gretchen that her mom Catherine Nero long  time member of St Agatha had a massive heart attack.  Yesterday I heard from Shirley Jackson that Cleo Pierre had also made her transition.
Please join with me in praying for the repose of the souls of Bill James, Catherine Nero and Cleo Pierre.
Bill you did not know.  Catherine and Cleo were both among the wingless angels who were dedicated to St Agatha. Today  we enjoy the fruits of their labor in every aspect  and corner of the church that they through prayers, sweat and sometimes tears made possible.
Please pray for the families of these dear souls that God surrounds them with his grace, mercy and supports them with love, strength, courage and healing as they journey without their beloved husband, father , mother, sister, auntie and grandmother.  I ask this and all blessings for these families and all in need of prayer in the name of Jesus.  Amen.

Thank you for this  ministry that allows us to reach out for support and prayers when we are hurting and in need.
Blessings,
Margie Nickleberry

In Loving Memory
Almighty God, through the death of Your Son on the cross, You have overcome death for us. Through his burial and resurrection from the dead You have made the grave a holy place and restored us to eternal life. We pray for those who died believing in Jesus and are buried with him in the hope of rising again. God of the living and the dead, may those who faithfully believed in You on earth praise You forever in the joy of heaven. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Prayer of Solace
May Christ support us all the day long, till the shadows lengthen, and the evening comes, and the busy world is hushed, and the fever of life is over and our work is done. Then in his mercy may he give us a safe lodging, and holy rest and peace at the last.
Amen.
