Prayer Request from René Hunton: Prayers requested for Hobie

Hi Teri & Mike,

We just received a text message from friends that their grandson, Hobie will need to have surgery for a heart condition as soon as he is born.  The condition he has is commonly known as narrowing of the Aorta and is very treatable.  Their daughter-in-law, Mallory, is due to give birth on 1/20-1/21.

The Navarro family often attend mass at St. Agatha's.  They are very close friends to Alex and Nadine Chaves.

They have the best doctors at the ready but please ask our Prayer Warriors to to pray for Mallory and Hobie Navarro and their whole family.

O Lord of all, You alone intimately know Hobie, the little one I carry. You are the creator, the author of all life, your touch can transform, heal and restore. Please touch this little life now that we carry and bring wholeness and life to him. Just one touch from your eternal hand of healing is all that we need. We live, breathe and hope in you. Amen.

PRAYER FOR MIRACLES & HEALING

Heavenly Father, I trust in Your great love for me and all Your people. I ask You to unleash a wave of miracles and healing throughout Your church through the prayers of Your people. Touch the sick and the suffering, and restore them to wholeness and well­-being. Lord Jesus, I ask for the grace to pray with expectant faith for my brothers and sisters who are hurting and in need of Your healing touch. Holy Spirit, open my eyes to see the kingdom of God all around me. Help me to recognize Your presence and Your work in the people I meet, and to be responsive to people I encounter that are in need of prayer.  In the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
