Hi Michael, I'd like to give an update, Praise & Prayer Report. Again, Thanks Much! for this Ministry. Of course you know, the family is in our daily prayers

Praise-
I have made a move to UCLA and now have an Oncologist Pain Doctor. Having an OP Doctor will enable me to get help for my bulging disc and arthritis in my back while keeping in mind my overall pain Health.

The good news is... Because the Multiple Myeloma is in a Smoldering stage, they feel, as far as they know, it is not causing any trouble.

I must say that moving to UCLA is the best thing I ever did!!!
I've been very happy with everything and everyone.

My general doctor gave me an immediate appointment and took care of my medications that would have fallen through the cracks because of the move in a timely manner.

My pain doctor showed & explained everything to me that was causing my back pain, what we were going to do about it, and why! Knowledge is golden!!!

Prayer-
I do have upcoming blood test to take, to make sure the Multiple Myeloma is still Smoldering.

Let us pray that it continues to smolder for the rest of my life Amen 😁

This Friday, I will be going for injections in my back for the bulging discs and arthritis.

The procedure this Friday is 1 of 2 mandatory procedures for the purposes of the insurance company. More than likely will not take me out of pain for very long. (maybe 1 - 2 weeks if any)

Good news- The doctor is trying to eliminate one of them because I had one years ago. That didn't work.

The last injection should take me out of pain for 1 to 2 years! This is where they burn the nerve endings that cause pain.
Unfortunately, at some point they will grow back, but if I get any pain relief, that's OK! I am very grateful to be out of any pain however much for however long!!! 🤗

Let us pray that all will go well, according to plan, mainly God's plan!!! 😃

Prayer for Healing

Lord, look upon Linda with eyes of mercy, may Your healing hand rest upon her, may Your life giving powers flow into every cell of her body and into the depths of her soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring her to wholeness and strength for service in Your Kingdom. Amen.

Prayer Before Surgery/Medical Procedure

Loving Father, we entrust Linda to Your care; guide with wisdom and skill the minds and hands of the medical people who minister in Your Name, and grant that every cause of illness be removed, she may be restored to soundness of health and live in perfect harmony with You and with those around her. Through Jesus Christ. Amen.

PRAYER FOR MIRACLES & HEALING

Heavenly Father, I trust in Your great love for me and all Your people. I ask You to unleash a wave of miracles and healing throughout Your church through the prayers of Your people. Touch the sick and the suffering, and restore them to wholeness and well-being. Lord Jesus, I ask for the grace to pray with expectant faith for my brothers and sisters who are hurting and in need of Your healing touch. Holy Spirit, open my eyes to see the kingdom of God all around me. Help me to recognize Your presence and Your work in the people I meet, and to be responsive to people I encounter that are in need of prayer.  In the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
