Got the room finally after a 6 hour wait in the ER.  She had an IV drip on at the ER and some more tests that showed her platelets had dropped to 50,000 which is lower than the 150 "normal reading.  As of this morning, it was lower still at 40,000 and they were planning a transfusion of blood products.  I am at home now and will leave in afew minutes.

 

No more fever but that is the time the platelets drop so she needs to be constantly monitored.  All other signs are okay and she can walk around by herself, go to the bathroom on her own, etc.  She is just so tired of staying in bed, it has been a week na so I can understand that.   She has been eating but not as much as we would want.  Soft foods. lang.
