Prayer Request from Irene for Frank Jansen & Mrs. Livia Jansen

This is from Irene Jaso, and we ask that you join us in praying for the repose of the soul of Mrs. Livia Jansen, may she rest in peace, and for healing and total recovery for her son, Frank Jansen. They were both in a horrible hit and run car accident which ended tragically. Please pray for the strength and healing of the whole family and all concerned. Prayer request for complete healing for Frank Jansen and for the repose of the soul of his mother Mrs. Livia Jansen, They were in a horrific car accident a few nights ago returning from a belated Mother's Day dinner when they were hit by a hit & run driver. Mrs. Jansen, 88 yrs old, was a devoted Catholic woman who played the organ at her church for 40 years. Many of you know Frank & Val Jansen as they play (Frank-piano) and sing (Val) at many events for the L.A. archdiocese. Also, pray that the person driving will come forth and justice be served.

Almighty God, through the death of Your Son on the cross, You have overcome death for us. Through his burial and resurrection from the dead You have made the grave a holy place and restored us to eternal life. We pray for those who died believing in Jesus and are buried with him in the hope of rising again. Lord, look upon Frank with eyes of mercy, may Your healing hand rest upon him, may Your life giving powers flow into every cell of his body and into the depths of his soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring him to wholeness and strength for service in Your Kingdom. Amen.
