Prayer request for Gianna, our great niece and the Gangi's granddaughter

Dear Prayer Warriors,

Please keep Gianna Gangi in your prayers as she is suffering with two blood clots in her shoulder area. Unfortunately, she is going to school in Nebraska and is not home...so we pray for the best doctors/surgeons that Nebraska has.  They were going to try and dissolve them this morning through some kind of surgical I.V. treatment but discovered them to be too large....a more involved surgery appears to be what is needed. Gianna is scared but her mother flew in to be with her. We pray that Gianna, her mother, father and our whole family be wrapped and protected in the loving arms of Our Blessed Mother Mary. And I know that we are all in agreement that the Ultimate Comforter and Physician is right there beside her.

Thank you all for your devoted prayers. We are told all the time about how the prayers have helped people that we have prayed for...We try to do praise reports when we are told. But regardless, just know that your prayers do mean so very much and that they are working....Thank you and God Bless all of you.

Much love
Teri & Michael

Prayer Before Surgery
Loving Father, we entrust Gianna to Your care; guide with wisdom and skill the minds and hands of the medical people who minister in Your Name, and grant that every cause of illness be removed, she may be restored to soundness of health and live in perfect harmony with You and with those around her. Through Jesus Christ. Amen.

PRAYER FOR MIRACLES & HEALING

Heavenly Father, I trust in Your great love for me and all Your people. I ask You to unleash a wave of miracles and healing throughout Your church through the prayers of Your people. Touch the sick and the suffering, and restore them to wholeness and well-being. Lord Jesus, I ask for the grace to pray with expectant faith for my brothers and sisters who are hurting and in need of Your healing touch. Holy Spirit, open my eyes to see the kingdom of God all around me. Help me to recognize Your presence and Your work in the people I meet, and to be responsive to people I encounter that are in need of prayer.  In the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
