Dear Michael. Please add my dear friend Ginny's sister Pat to your prayers. They are going through a hard time and need our prayers to sustain them.
Thank you and blessings for all you do. Cris Diaz

Pat took a terrible turn for the worse and threw up blood yesterday. She's in critical care now... out of it, with tubes everywhere. Jim came down last night to be with me. The docs say it is life threatening but if she could stop bleeding for 3 or 4 days, they'll go in and correct what's wrong... which means another operation. My heart is in constant palpitation and I'm so afraid of losing her. But she did have a stable night and didn't rebleed. There is an ulcer there... how it got there no one seems to know. But if they could stablize her, and get her stronger, they'll go in to operate. If they have to go in to operate because she's bleeding, that wouldn't be good in her weakened situation.
Jim drove down last night to be with me. Love that guy.
Pray for all of us.
Love,
ginny
Prayer for the Sick
Dear Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the sick, we turn to you in this time of illness. O dearest comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden. Dear God, we place our worries in your hands. We place our sick under your care and humbly ask that you restore your servant to health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge your will and know that whatever you do, you do for the love of us. Amen.
