Msgr. Sheridan and Doug Kmiec have just come out of surgery at UCLA Medical Center. Msgr. remains in very critical condition in the ICU. Doug was stable and went to the Recovery Room. Doug's entire family was with him.
They'll both need our prayers. Recovery for Msgr., who is 95, will be an uphill battle.
There will be a blood drive for Msgr at Our Lady of Malibu Church. I'll let you know the particulars when I learn them.
Please don't call the hospital. They've been flooded with calls but aren't allowed to disclose any information.
