Memory of Gloria's mother AMINTA EMELINA USHER CLARK, May She Rest In Peace

This is a prayer request for the repose of the soul of Gloria's mother Emelina Usher, who passed away earlier today, and for whom we have been praying for a long time, especially today. We know it is very hard to accept when it happens no matter how long you have been living with the possibility. Please keep Gloria and her whole family in your prayers and keep them lifted up to the Lord for His comfort and grace and strength at this time. May Emelina Rest In Peace) from Enrique at the church, St Agatha's... Hi everyone,  Deacon Ricardo just called the office informing the departure of the soul Emelina Usher, Gloria's mother. It happened around 5:30pm on Friday. We had recently prayed for her hip surgery that took place yesterday Thursday. Please pray for Gloria Walker who is very dear to our parish family.  Thank you, Enrique and two from Gloria... I want to let you know that my mom Emelina Usher went to be with the LORD today.  Thank you for all the prayers on times of sickness.   Please pray for my family especially my Sister Sonia Dixon; she is the one that took care of my mom all these years.   And pray for the Lord to accept my mom with open arms.  Love & Blessings      Gloria M. Hulse-Walker Michael Thank you for being there for me when I needed prayers for my mom.   But it was her time to go and be with our Lord. She left us today; she went very peaceful.   Thank you to all the prayer warriors for all the prayers for my mom during the times she was sick because of that she stayed with us for 99 years and 3 months. She lived a good life up to the last minute; she conversed and understood everything but she was getting weaker and weaker everyday.   My sister told me that last night she told her that the Lord told her it was time to go and she asked for the bible.   One thing we know she was at peace and ready to go.   Love you all and May God always bless you.    Love & Blessings      Gloria M. In Loving Memory
Almighty God, through the death of your Son on the cross, you have overcome death for us. Through his burial and resurrection from the dead you have made the grave a holy place and restored us to eternal life. We pray for those who died believing in Jesus and are buried with him in the hope of rising again. God of the living and the dead, may those who faithfully believed in you on earth praise you for ever in the joy of heaven. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Prayer of Solace
May Christ support us all the day long, till the shadows lengthen, and the evening comes, and the busy world is hushed, and the fever of life is over and our work is done. Then in his mercy may he give us a safe lodging, and holy rest and peace at the last.
