Prayer Request - Fr. Richard Gleason of St Augustine's, RIP

Dear Prayer Warriors,

We would like to ask for prayers for the repose of the soul of Fr. Richard Gleason of St Augustine parish. We just found out today that he died suddenly last week. He was a friend of ours; a likable  good, caring man, a faithful priest and also had a great sense of humor. Fr. Richard has been at St Augustine's for several years and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Please keep his family and friends in your prayers at this sad time. For those of you who would like to attend the services:  his rosary and viewing will be at St Augustine on Wednesday night 6pm and his funeral is scheduled for Thursday morning at 11:00am, also at St Augustine.

Notice of the Death of Fr. Richard Gleason

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fr. Richard Gleason, our associate pastor, who died suddenly on Wednesday night, February 20, at the age of 71. Fr. Richard was ordained a priest in 1967 and faithfully served the people of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles for 46 years, the last 12 of which were spent in humble and living service to the people here at St. Augustine Parish. Please pray for the repose of Fr. Richard's soul and also keep his family in your thoughts and prayers. Wednesday, February 27 - St. Augustine Church Viewing: 6:30 pm Rosary: 7:15 pm Thursday, February 28 - St. Augustine Church Funeral Mass: 11:00 am May God be with you and your families.
