Hi Michael,
On April 27 the Knights of Columbus #621 will be honoring Hero's past and present at our Annual Civic Night at St Agathas. I would like to ask the Prayer Warriors to add this to event to their prayers. I believe that the Holy Spirit is doing something very special this year.
We will be honoring a Fireman and a Police Officer from our area. As you may know the police have had a very difficult time this year. (The first officer who lost his life in the recent tragedy served in our Division).
We are also recognizing a special St Agatha family which includes a Tuskegee Airman and the Archdiocese's first Ordained Deacon (Hosea Alexander).
This request is not intended to be an advertisement but a sincere request for prayers as there is a lot happening with this event and we surely could use the prayers for protection for all involved so that all goes well. Traveling Grace is especially needed for those who will be coming from far away.

Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, he who in his great mercy gave us new birth, a birth unto hope which draws its life from the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead; a birth to an imperishable inheritance, incapable of fading or defilement, which is kept in heaven for You who are guarded with God's power through faith; a birth to a salvation which stands ready to be revealed in the last days. Amen.
