Several of my friends and associates are asking our Mighty Prayer Warriors to keep the following persons lifted in prayer:
Blossom Rainey - Sister of my client, Sandra Walker, recently suffered 2 strokes and has pulled through thanks to prayers thus far. Please pray that she recovers fully.
Christy Graham - Friend of parishioner, Lucy Gonzalez (Johnny's mom), is a young, single mother (early 30's) who is battling breast cancer. She is naturally very frightened. Please pray that she feels God's love and is strengthened by the Holy Spirit to see her through to healing and recovery.
Robert Cabrera - Ex-husband of my colleague, Martha Flores, and the father of their 2 daughters, he suffered a heart attack during a kidney transplant. Although his physicians were able to stabilize his heart and finish the surgery, there is some serious tissue damage to his heart as a result. The family is asking for prayers of healing and peace.

Heavenly Father, I trust in Your great love for me and all Your people. I ask You to unleash a wave of miracles and healing throughout Your church through the prayers of Your people. Touch the sick and the suffering, and restore them to wholeness and well-being. Lord Jesus, I ask for the grace to pray with expectant faith for my brothers and sisters who are hurting and in need of Your healing touch. Holy Spirit, open my eyes to see the kingdom of God all around me. Help me to recognize Your presence and Your work in the people I meet, and to be responsive to people I encounter that are in need of prayer. In the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
