If you have not already heard, John Furia, my former husband and the father of our seven children passed away Friday morning. It was very sudden and unexpected. Needless to say my kids are devastated and I too am deeply saddened. Please pray with me that his soul is at peace and give thanks that he did not suffer.

May Christ support us all the day long, till the shadows lengthen, and the evening comes, and the busy world is hushed, and the fever of life is over and our work is done. Then in his mercy may he give us a safe lodging, and holy rest and peace at the last.
