Prayer requests from Shane & Dorothy

This is from Shane & Dorothy. Thank you so much for your prayers and may God bless you and your families, Teri & Michael (see below)

Michael & Teri - God bless & happy New Year to you both! Dorothy and I would both appreciate prayers for our grandparents. Dorothy's grandfather, "Pop Pop" is 95 and after a lifetime of astoundingly good health has begun to decline. He's currently in the hospital with congestive issues. Pop Pop is a big believer in the Rosary, so if anyone can say one for him this week we know he would be buoyed by those powerful prayers. My grandmother is recuperating from a broken hip, and unfortunately her time spent in rehab has caused Medicaid to forfeit her room at the assisted living facility. Although it may be time for her to move on to a higher level of care medically, she was very happy in her former home. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive and they helped her get through the passing of my grandfather and her beloved dog. Emotionally it will be hard for her to move on. Thanks to everyone and know that your prayer intentions are in our hearts! Shane and Dorothy
For Healing
Lord, You invite all who are burdened to come to You. Allow your healing hand to heal me. Touch my soul with Your compassion for others. Touch my heart with Your courage and infinite love for all. Touch my mind with Your wisdom, that my mouth may always proclaim Your praise. Teach me to reach out to You in my need, and help me to lead others to You by my example. Most loving Heart of Jesus, bring me health in body and spirit that I may serve You with all my strength. Touch gently this life which You have created, now and forever. Amen.
