I've been overwhelmed with memorials for my dear little
Irish Mother who passed away, on MY watch (Thank the Lord!)
up in Oregon on July 11th....She waited for me
to get there, as she was dying the day before and the
nurses all asked my sister's family..."Who is your
mother waiting for? !" I had the chance to bless her with
Holy Water, pray, and wrap a very special Rosary, blessed
and held to the True Cross, around her elegant hands.....
I will inter her at the Catholic Calvary Cemetery where
my beloved Robert is buried, in Santa Barbara....
Please keep us all in your prayers, and I will do likewise!

Almighty God, through the death of your Son on the cross, you have overcome death for us. Through his burial and resurrection from the dead you have made the grave a holy place and restored us to eternal life. We pray for those who died believing in Jesus and are buried with him in the hope of rising again. God of the living and the dead, may those who faithfully believed in you on earth praise you for ever in the joy of heaven. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
