Urgent Prayer Request for Jackie & Rob Gibson

Dear Prayer Warriors,

We are asking for urgent prayers for Jackie (choir member) and Rob Gibson to be able to find and afford a new place to live, since their landlady (80 yrs old) just gave them notice to move out. She needs to sell her property and was told it would sell faster if it was empty. This came as an incredible shock since they have been excellent tenants for 11 years, never late on their rent and helping take care of the property. They are trying to find something near to where Rob teaches in Echo Park but it is very difficult and their time is running out. Jackie has been unemployed for quite some time and asks for prayers to find suitable employment for herself. Having to move right now is very overwhelming but she is still faithfully "praying and counting her blessings." We want to ask Our Lord to grant favor to Jackie and Rob, to alleviate their fears, give them strength and courage and help them immediately find a new place to live and employment for Jackie.

We thank you so much for your prayers and Jackie & Rob wish to express their thanks and say God bless you, Prayer Warriors!

With the Love of Christ,
Teri & Michael

PRAYER FOR EMPLOYMENT
God, our Father, I turn to you seeking your divine help and guidance as I look for suitable employment. I need your wisdom to guide my footsteps along the right path, and to lead me to find the proper things to say and do in this quest. I wish to use the gifts and talents you have given me, but I need the opportunity to do so with gainful employment. Do not abandon me, dear Father, in this search, but rather grant me this favor I seek so that I may return to you with praise and thanksgiving for your gracious assistance. Grant this through Christ, our Lord. Amen.

for when Jackie & Rob find their new home:
Prayer for the Home
Visit, we beseech Thee, O Lord, this dwelling, and drive far from it all snares of the enemy; let Thy holy Angels dwell herein, to preserve us in peace; and let Thy blessing be upon us forever. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
