Prayer Request from Herbert Holt

Dear Teri & Mike, we know  that Christ is always present whenever we are in His need, and we also know that His Holy Spirit reaches out to console

all who acknowledges Him as Lord.  I am asking for our wonderful "Prayer Warriors"  to lift up in prayer the wife of a Vietnam War Veteran  who is suffering from a stroke.

I befriended them on Saturday 19th at their home where some graduates were meeting to board a limousine on Prom night.  Her name is Natalie Hernandez and she is confined to a wheelchair and also have an audible speech problem. I am also asking for prayers for my daughter Ida Holt Campbell  who is experiencing terrible pain in her left ankle (she is hanging in there as best she can) her birthday  was on Friday 25th, and finally, prayers for my grandson Vaughn P Hoskins who graduated from Bishop Amat High School on that same day.

PRAYER FOR MIRACLES & HEALING

Heavenly Father, I trust in your great love for me and all your people. I ask you to unleash a wave of miracles and healings throughout your church through the prayers of your people. Touch the sick and the suffering, and restore them to wholeness and well­-being. Lord Jesus, I ask for the grace to pray with expectant faith for my brothers and sisters who are hurting and in need of your healing touch. Holy Spirit, open my eyes to see the kingdom of God all around me. Help me to recognize your presence and your work in the people I meet, and to be responsive to people I encounter that are in need of prayer.  In the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
