Hello Mike and Teri, I have been working on a very intricate real estate transaction with a very important client. There have been so many 'hiccups' along the way, none of them the fault of our company or my client. Now we're at the home stretch and there are still problems that seem to be getting in the way, making nervous wrecks out of my staff and clients...I've had to remain calm, but man oh man is this difficult!!
