Prayer Request from Teresa Gunther: urgent prayers....

This is from Teresa Gunther. God bless her and her family for their caring and constant vigilance of prayer that they never cease to give with open hearts. Please join us in praying for her friend Kym and her family as she continues to carry on with great endurance (thanks be to God!) her long battle with cancer. The history of prayer requests is shown below. Thank you so much for your very much appreciated prayers for all concerned: Kym & family, the Gunthers, the Doctors, Nurses and hospital staff and all of the supporting souls who are witness to how much our loving, merciful God loves us and allows His glory to be shown through our healing testimonies. All praise and Honor to God our Almighty Father, and may He continue to bless us. Also, may her friend's husband find the employment he desires. In Christ's Love, Teri & Michael (see all below)

Dear Michael and Teri,     Just heard from a friend about our dear friend Kym is has been fighting ovarian cancer for quite awhile and has been under hospice care for many months.    She has developed a blot clot in the neck and suffered a mini-stroke.    She is hospitalized now and drs. are waiting to see if they want to do a surgery to remove the clot if it is affecting the brain.   We are asking all the prayer community to join us in prayers.

I would also like to include a request for a friend's husband who is looking for a job that would be an improvement over what he is doing now.    He has traveled to Las Vegas for an interview today.   He is a wonderful person  and his family is praying so hard for him as well.    Thank all of the community who joins us in all the prayer requests.  You are wonderful people.    Thank you, thank you.....

Teri & Michael,   Here I am again asking for the power of prayer for two people.    My dear friend, Kym, who is dealing with ovarian cancer has learned yet again that the cancer is spreading and there is nothing more Dr's. can do for her.     Please ask our prayerful community to lift her and her family and friends in prayer.   Her friend, Carol, needs our prayers as well.   She says she feels like she has already lost Kym.   Our God is so powerful and will give them the strength they need.

Hi, Michael and Teri....So glad you have made this ministry so easily available to all who seek God's graces.    Many have been so blessed by all the prayers.
I am  asking prayers today for a wonderful friend, Kym, who is dealing with very aggressive ovarian cancer for the past seven months and endured extensive surgery and chemo.   The prognosis now is very frightening for her.    She has been told there is nothing that can be done except to start chemo again and let the disease take its course and that she does not have long to live.   When  talking with her today I told her about St. Agatha and the wonderful community of folks and our wonderful music.   She asked if she could come  with me soon.  I hope to make that happen  very soon.   Thank you all for your prayers

Hi, Michael & Teri,    I have just talked with a couple friends and learned that two people our community have prayed for recently are experiencing recurrence of cancer.   Please ask our praying community to keep Kym and Alan in prayer as they and their families make decisions about dealing with this news.   I would also like to ask prayers for my friend, Carol, whose father died early this year and his funeral was last Saturday.   Thank you to all who share this ministry with us.

Dear St. Agtatha prayer friends....just a quick note to let all know that my friend, Kym, had very successful cancer surgery on Thursday.   Surgeons did not find any additional cancer cells and the surgery  did not take as long as expected!   Kym is and will be in lots of pain and hospitalized for a few days, so please keep up the prayers.   God is so good!

Michael  and Terri,   Sending very urgent prayer request for my friend Kym who will be undergoing serious surgery at St. Jude on Thursday, June 14 at 10:00 a.m.   Kym was diagnosed with ovarian cancer  a few months ago and has undergone some chemo treatments.  Dr. is not sure how far the cancer has  spread but definitely will be looking for signs throughout the abdomen as well and hopes to be able to remove any cancer cells.  Kym has great faith in her God and asks for prayers of support for all her  medical team.  I am asking all the prayer community of St. Agatha to keep her in prayers for the next few days as well.   Thank you all so much.

PRAYER FOR THE SICK AND SUFFERING.

O Almighty Lord, Jesus Christ, Son of God and Savior.
The same Lord that so loves His children
as to lay His life down for them.
The same Lord that rose from the dead on the third day,
and Ascended into Heaven.
The same Lord that spoke the word
and the Centurion's Servant was immediately healed.
The same Lord that restored sight to the blind;
cleansed lepers, cured the halt and lame.
The same Lord that with a word
rebuked the seas and they were calm.
The same Lord that raised Lazarus from the dead.
The same Lord that has been given all power
both in Heaven and on earth, do Thou,
the same Lord visit and heal Thy servant,

(Mention the person here...
Kym),

from the afflictions that they are now suffering.
Strengthen our faith like that of the Roman Centurion,
so that we may ask for this healing with the same faith,
trust, and hope that Thy servant,

(Mention the person here...
Kym),

will be healed in the same manner
that the Centurion's servant was restored to health.
O Holy physician of our souls and bodies,
hear this fervent prayer for Thy servant

(Mention the person here...
Kym),

and grant this request as we hold this,
Thy servant up before Thy glorious Throne.
We ask this in the victorious
and Holy Name of our Lord, God, and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Amen.
