Prayer Request from Pam Terry: Pray for my mother, please

This is from Pam Terry, and we ask that you join us in praying for her mother as she undergoes serious surgery. May our healing God guide the hands of all who care and treat her, and may her recovery be smooth and complete. Dear Michael and Teri,

Please ask the Prayer Warriors to send up prays for my mother, Joan Terry. She is having vascular surgery, tomorrow, (Wed Jan 4th, at 8:00 AM).

She is very high risk because she has had several strokes and takes a high dose aspirin medication. The protocol is for patients to stop aspirin meds 10 days prior to surgery, but because of her stroke risk she has had to stay on them. 

This is a serious surgery, she has fears because a colleague of her's died on the table while having this type of surgery. I am afraid she will bleed out because her aspirin med makes her blood too thin.

I know God hears our prayers. Thank you for asking the Prayer Warriors to pray with me.

Loving Father, we entrust Joan to Your care; guide with wisdom and skill the minds and hands of the medical people who minister in Your Name, and grant that every cause of illness be removed, she may be restored to soundness of health and live in perfect harmony with You and with those around her. Through Jesus Christ, Amen.
