Our godson Theodis' surgery went well and he is now recovering at Centinela Hospital. He has a bit of an addictive personality so we ask God's grace that he won't enjoy the pain medicines any more than is necessary to get him back to feeling well again and that he will find God's place in his life and his heart moving forward from this horrible loss of a lung at a young age. He is a great person and we know God wants him to use the talents he's been given to make the world a better place for those around him.
PRAYER OF PRAISE Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, he who in his great mercy gave us new birth, a birth unto hope which draws its life from the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead; a birth to an imperishable inheritance, incapable of fading or defilement, which is kept in heaven for You who are guarded with God's power through faith; a birth to a salvation which stands ready to be revealed in the last days. Amen.
