Prayer Request for Teri Lanham

Dear Prayer Warriors,

I want to thank you for all your prayers over the recent months...it seems like it's always one thing after another.  Please continue to pray for me as I know you already do.  Right now I need some  extra prayers.
Yesterday, leaving my house to go to the doctor, I slipped and fell off the porch right onto the hip that already keeps me from walking. Thank God Traci was home and was able to help Michael pick me up off the sidewalk, although a neighbor who we don't know stopped his car and offered to help. Goes to show that there are still nice people out there.  I'm in a lot of pain and hope I don't have to go to emergency for an X-ray.

Prayer for Healing

O God who are the only source of health and healing, the spirit of calm and the central peace of this universe, grant to Teri such a consciousness of Your indwelling and surrounding presence that she may permit You to give her health and strength and peace, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

For Healing

Lord, You invite all who are burdened to come to You. Allow Your healing hand to heal me. Touch my soul with Your compassion for others. Touch my heart with Your courage and infinite love for all. Touch my mind with Your wisdom, that my mouth may always proclaim Your praise. Teach me to reach out to You in my need, and help me to lead others to You by my example. Most loving Heart of Jesus, bring me health in body and spirit that I may serve You with all my strength. Touch gently this life which You have created, now and forever. Amen.

PRAYER FOR MIRACLES & HEALING

Heavenly Father, I trust in Your great love for me and all Your people. I ask You to unleash a wave of miracles and healing throughout Your church through the prayers of Your people. Touch the sick and the suffering, and restore them to wholeness and well-being. Lord Jesus, I ask for the grace to pray with expectant faith for my brothers and sisters who are hurting and in need of Your healing touch. Holy Spirit, open my eyes to see the kingdom of God all around me. Help me to recognize Your presence and Your work in the people I meet, and to be responsive to people I encounter that are in need of prayer.  In the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
