Prayer Request from Linda Brown

Hi Michael & Teri,

 

    One of my co-workers and a very good friend of mine has suffered a terrible loss. Her older sister (62), who's been like a 2nd mother to her, dropped dead of a heart attack on Sat. This was Jacquie's only sister and her 'go to' person. You know the one you speak to 2-3 times a day about any and everything. The stronger one who you can turn to for guidance and support when you most need it. Jacquie spoke of her all the time. I can't even imagine the sudden loss of either one of my sisters, so sudden and unprepared.

    Please lift Jacquie James up in prayer. She's devastated, and I'm sure she feels like she's in a nightmare. Her sister and her have been dealing with health issues with their mother, and Jacquie was ready for that. Not the loss of her sister.

Prayer for Healing
O God who are the only source of health and healing, the spirit of calm and the central peace of this universe, grant to me such a consciousness of your indwelling and surrounding presence that I may permit you to give me health and strength and peace, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
