Prayer Request from Josie

Dear Teri and Michael,  I am sending this prayer request from my dear friend  Marge who lives in New York. Thank you for your love and dedication to this  powerful ministry.  Blessings, Josie     "My Mom was admitted to Plainview  hospital yesterday for an intestinal obstruction - she will probably need  surgery and is Very frightened as it is the same hospital and same diagnosis as  Dennis (her second husband) died from this past May.  Her sister my Aunt Jeanne  also in her 90's is in another hospital with pneumonia - I ask for prayers -  they both say they've lived full and happy lives and are ready to be with Jesus,  His will be done - I pray peacefully.  I thank you in advance for your  faithfulness and love - My prayer on this special day of Our Lord's  Transfiguration that we all be transformed in His Love, Blessings, Marge"  

  

  
    
  
  
Prayer for the Sick  Dear Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the sick, we turn to You in this  time of illness. O dearest comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and  sorrow with Your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept  this burden. Dear God, we place our worries in Your hands. We place our sick  under Your care and humbly ask that You restore Your servant to health again.  Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge Your will and know that whatever  You do, You do for the love of us. Amen.
