Michael, I ran into the family/caregiver of Herbert, who plays trumpet with the 5:30 choir. He is in a rehabilitation center learning how to walk again. He had four toes amputated due to diabetes. He is 91 and his spirit is really down. I will try to get additional information in case any one would like to visit.
Prayer for Healing
Lord, look upon Herbert with eyes of mercy, may Your healing hand rest upon him, may Your life giving powers flow into every cell of his body and into the depths of his soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring him to wholeness and strength for service in Your Kingdom. Amen.
