Urgent Prayer Request for Suzette Hoffman, Michael's coworker's wife

Dear Prayer Warriors,

 

I would like to ask you to please join us in urgent prayers for Suzette Hoffman, wife of my friend Roger Hoffman at work, who is facing complications with an urgently needed bypass surgery due to congestive heart failure. She was taken to Las Vegas from outside of Bullhead City AZ and was told that the Las Vegas could not perform the desperately needed surgery and she would have to be brought to California for care. What's worse, the doctor callously said to her, "You know you're not going to make it, don't you?" We rebuke that in the name of Jesus Christ! We know that only God can say when we are coming home to Him and that the power of prayer is mighty, and ALL things are possible with God! When I was dying of sepsis 13 years ago, one of the surgeons said that I would lose all body parts that were black or discolored, and/or "not make it," and a mighty prayer warrior told us not to listen to the doctors, that I was going to live and recover, and it was so, that God heard and granted a "yes" answer to our prayers.

 

Let us pray that God hears and answers "Yes" to our prayers for Suzette, that she is successfully transferred to CA for a successful surgery performed by compassionate doctors guided by the Holy Spirit and that she fully recovers and is restored to health and many more years of life. Also, please pray for the strength and support of Roger and that his faith carry him through this very stressful crisis. Thank you all so much for your prayers and may God continue to bless you and your families and loved ones.

Prayer for the Sick
Dear Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the sick, we turn to You in this time of illness. O dearest comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with Your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden. Dear God, we place our worries in Your hands. We place our sick under Your care and humbly ask that You restore Your servant to health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge Your will and know that whatever You do, You do for the love of us. Amen.

PRAYER FOR MIRACLES & HEALING

Heavenly Father, I trust in Your great love for me and all Your people. I ask You to unleash a wave of miracles and healing throughout Your church through the prayers of Your people. Touch the sick and the suffering, and restore them to wholeness and well­-being. Lord Jesus, I ask for the grace to pray with expectant faith for my brothers and sisters who are hurting and in need of Your healing touch. Holy Spirit, open my eyes to see the kingdom of God all around me. Help me to recognize Your presence and Your work in the people I meet, and to be responsive to people I encounter that are in need of prayer.  In the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
